Interactive game. Seville. 2011 Interactive Game programmed in FLASH, with 5 interactive devices. In addition to the movie animations of the Atlantic Navigation Pavilion Pasos Largos also developed an interactive game for the museum that simulates a Spanish galleon from the 17th century. It enables five players to interact simultaneously on a massive screen of 23 metres in length, learning, for example, how to handle a rudder or fire a cannon at pirates. In total almost 90 minutes of animation and an aesthetic design of great creativity. Projection size: 23 metres long X 3.30 metres high Projectors: 5 X 5,000 lumens Sound: Design of sound effects and game effects. Projection: nautical game that takes place over 3 settings: Arrival on the island, The Storm and Pirate Attack. Through the handling of 5 physical interactive devices (wheel, pump, pulleys, winch, and cannon) users experience life aboard a Spanish galleon in the 17th century. Five typical characters from this period explain the handling instructions, accompanying the player during the game, encouraging them or warning them of the dangers and showing the final result. Technical details: Programming in Flash, Actionscript3, Eclipse, Zinc, sockets UDP and rotation sensors. The devices have electromechanical mechanisms installed that enable direct feedback by the user, such as wind strength, swell, etc. which makes this game a very attractive experience. Event: permanent installation belonging to the Atlantic Navigation Pavilion. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
